Under the The Town and Country Planning Act (1990), Arboriculture Surveys are often required by Local Planning Authorities to consider the impact of development proposals on existing trees within a site, whether subject to statutory protection or not. We undertake surveys to produce Tree Constraint Plans, Arboricultural Impact Assessments, Arboricultural Method Statements and Root Zone surveys. All of our work is carried out to British Standard 5837:2005 – Trees in Relation to Construction.
